Existing of two simple parts and only two materials, the vase ‚Ciel‘ goes back to the minimum: a reduced shape of matted glass and a shiny plate that is placed on the top. The circle emphazises the essential: the flowers. The flowers in the vase and the surroundings are reflected in the polished surface of the plate. This vase was designed as part of Edition M.10 for the Arts and Crafts Association Frankfurt.

Die Vase ,Ciel‘ besteht aus zwei reduzierten Elementen: einem mattierten Glaskörper und einer polierten Metallscheibe. In dieser „Rosette“ spiegeln sich die Blumen und erscheinen gleich ein zweites Mal. Und sind gerade keine Blumen zur Hand, eröffnet sich mit etwas Glück der Blick in den Himmel. Die Vase wurde entworfen für die Edition M.10 des Kunstgewerbevereins Frankfurt.
