The #GRIMMAtelier is a spatial intervention in the Grimmwelt Kassel. In a spatially defined, yet open situation, a place is to be created where exhibition visitors can creatively engage with the themes of the current exhibitions. They can also realise their own ideas here using the various materials available. In addition, special workshops and GRIMMWELT theme days will take place here. A collective place for creative exchange.
The #GRIMMAtelier is also visible from the outside through the large window. The spatial structure allows for a presentation of the works created in the studio and thus also becomes visible to passers-by.

The spatial structure allows for a presentation of the works created in the studio and thus also becomes visible to passers-by.
The #GRIMMAtelier consists of specially designed furniture suitable for big and small visitors, a spatial structure and separation, as well as storage facilities for materials and pens, f.e. developed in cooperation with Glasturm GbR Gernheim.

Das #GRIMMAtelier ist eine räumliche Intervention in der Grimmwelt Kassel. In einer räumlich gefassten, und doch offenen Situation soll ein Ort entstehen, an dem AusstellungsbesucherInnen sich kreativ mit Themen der aktuellen Ausstellungen auseinandersetzen können. Auch eigene Ideen können hier mit unterschiedlichen zur verfügung stehenden Materialien verwirklicht werden. Zusätzlich finden an diesem Ort spezielle Workshops und Thementage der GRIMMWELT statt. Ein gemeinschaftlicher Ort des kreativen Austausches. Die Aktivitäten im #GRIMMAtelier ist auch von Außen durch das große Fenster sichtbar. Die Raumstruktur ermöglicht eine Präsentation der im Atelier entstandenen Arbeiten und wird somit auch für vorbeilaufende Passanten sichtbar.
Das #GRIMMAtelier besteht aus eigens dafür entworfenen Möbeln passend für große und kleine BesucherInnen, einer räumlichen Struktur und räumlichen Abtrennung, als auch Aufbewahrungsmöglichkeiten für Materialen und Stifte, beispielsweise entwickelt gemeinsam mit den Glasmachern der Glasturm GbR Gernheim.
