For the Sono objects, several hot glass molds are fused together during the manufacturing process referring to the old italian Incalmo glass technique.

During the manufacturing process, the glass object Sono is assembled from individual glass forms, which are fused together when hot and opened on the inside to form a continuous vessel. This production method goes back to the Incalmo technique, in which two or more hand-blown glass parts are hot-stacked together. Each individual object thus consists of a multitude of glass forms.

Das Glasobjekt Sono wird im Herstellungsprozess aus einzelnen Glasformen zusammengesetzt, die im heißen Zustand miteinander verschmolzen und im Inneren geöffnet werden, sodass sich ein durchgehendes Gefäss bildet. Diese Produktionsweise geht zurück auf die Incalmo – Technik, bei der zwei oder mehrere mundgeblasene Glasteile heiß zusammen gesetzt werden. Jedes einzelne Objekt besteht somit aus einer Vielzahl an Glasformen.
